I love the fact that Capriotti's has Vegetarian/plant based options. I ordered the plant based Philly cheesesteak sandwich...it was DELICIOUSLY FABULOUS!! My mom was told that the BBQ chicken sandwich was really good so I ordered that for her. AMAZINGLY, she really enjoyed it and she's a hard person to please! The service was EXCELLENT! They are very polite and respectful. It's located in Santa Fe Casino so the ambiance is a food court in a casino. It wasn't very crowded since it was a weekday and pretty early in the afternoon. We often frequent this place since it's delicious and more healthy than the other options there. If you haven't tried a plant based sandwich or if you're thinking about trying a plant based lifestyle, give this place a try, you may be pleasantly surprised. If you are looking for a good spot to eat at Santa Fe, this is the place!!
I enjoyed the Impossible Cheesesteak with no cheese, all veggies, plus half-and-half on the sweet peppers and hot peppers. The sandwich was very good that I could have easily finished a large instead of the medium that I ordered. Service was great. Atmosphere was casual in the food court during late hours on a Friday.
The Bobbie was even better than I remembered. Turkey was moist, stuffing flavorful and my favorite is cranberry sauce. I thought I was going to only eat half of it but, I finished it off before I knew it.
We had to find a quick meal before a movie, and this was close to the theater inside Santa Fe Station. The staff was fast and friendly. The Italian sandwich was delicious! Food court seating is available and right next to the casino. Great, as always!

Went to attend UFC 276 @ Santa Fe station Casino in a ballroom on the second floor. If was shown live on video screen. Usually Station Casino's has a hotdog cart, with popcorn , candy bars , chips etc, besides a full cocktail bar. Tonite , there was a full bar, no food , so decided to go to Casino level & to my amazement there were a handful of eateries, to take out.Fight fans brought back popcorn from the movie theater. I decided to get a Waygu Cheese Steak Sub & large Diet Coke. Damian was my cashier & server who has very nice customer skills, but to my surprise of the night was manager Annica who just arrived to work. Very bubbly & sweet, I asked for a cookie, after I had paid for the above & with out hesitation charged me for a combo meal, instead of a separate cookie, saving me some change & a big smile! What a nice gesture, we don't receive enough! Went back to the fights & the manager & door persons were so welcoming , with letting us hungry fight fans bring in & enjoy our food & fights. Great Customer service Station Casino's The sub sandwich was excellent bread so soft. filled with cheese , mushrooms, grilled onions ... heavenly! No pic , ate it up! Go get one!
Never disappointed! This location is inside the Sante Fe casino, right next to Fatburger, which to be honest, I was going to have a burger but not at the price they were asking. There's just a limit one will pay for a burger. So I decided to come here to Cap's. And for HALF the price, I got my WAGYU on, which is usually my go to when going to Capriotti's. Plus I received points on my Capriotti's App which is good too. Sandwich was so good, I don't know why I wanted a hamburger in the first place. Anyway, go ahead and treat yourself to a Capriotti's sandwich!
